What this workshop is
Many business owners do not struggle because they lack ideas. Most already know the actions that would move their business forward.
What tends to happen instead is something more subtle. Important decisions get delayed. Marketing tasks are postponed. Pricing conversations are avoided. Projects sit unfinished for longer than they should.
Over time this creates a quiet sense of pressure. A gap between what you know you should be doing and what is actually happening. For many capable business owners, avoidance slowly becomes the invisible force shaping the business.
This workshop exists to explore that pattern honestly. Not in a critical way. Simply to understand what is happening and create a structure that makes progress easier.

What the day involves
The morning begins with an exploration of the pattern that appears frequently among capable business owners: knowing what to do, yet delaying the actions that would move things forward. Procrastination, overthinking, inconsistent action, difficulty making decisions.
Together we explore why certain decisions feel heavier than others, why some actions feel difficult even when they make logical sense, and why motivation fluctuates even when the goal is important. The aim is awareness, not therapy.
The final part of the day focuses on the practical side. Each participant develops a clear, realistic strategy for the next three months, identifying what actually matters, what decisions need to be made, and where time and energy should go.
What you leave with
At the end of the day each participant leaves with a bespoke strategy designed to guide the next three months of their business. Something practical, something realistic, and something that allows you to focus your energy in the right place. For many people the most valuable outcome is not just the strategy itself, but the shift in how they think about their business.
Who this workshop helps most
This workshop is designed primarily for solo business owners and small business founders: coaches, therapists, consultants, and creative professionals. Many people attending are earning somewhere between £20k and £100k per year and working to stabilise the next stage of their business.
It tends to resonate with people who care deeply about the work they do, know their business has potential, yet sometimes notice themselves delaying or avoiding the actions that would help it grow. This workshop works best for people who are willing to look honestly at those patterns.
